All the lessons in Grammar In A Nutshell are designed for personalized learning. They are ideal for the school educator because they cater
for students of varying abilities and backgrounds from the talented to the remedial, even if in one class. Their recorded results will
reflect the specific achievements of each student. An Educational Licence is for a
minimum of 25 students. The exercises in each of the lesson modules provide immediate feedback to the students and this allows them to
repeat exercises until they have learned the concepts that have been presented. This means that it is not essential for the educator to be
fully conversant with English Grammar in order to use this product with their students. A Student and Class Management page that can be
accessed from the educator's home page (see below) allows educators to manage each of their students and monitor their progress through
each of the lesson modules by reviewing their scores.
PRIMARY SCHOOL
The Year 3 primary student should be able to complete modules 1-3 and add one module for each additional year.
So by age 12 all students should have completed the first 6 modules, but the more advanced students could,
in fact, complete all 10 Lesson Modules.

SECONDARY SCHOOL
Students commencing secondary school should have completed English Grammar to at least module 5 standard,
but may have "missed out" depending on what they learned during Primary School. The revision of
modules 1-5 would be beneficial before beginning further modules.

UNIVERSITY
For university students, especially international students where English is their second language, all 10
modules are applicable, as students are often tested on their command of English before commencing their university course.

Google Classroom
Grammar In A Nutshell is now compatible with Google Classroom. This provides a seamless environment for teachers and students to use a
single logon without requiring to remember a username and password to use the application. The management is simplified as students at
the school can login without requiring class lists to be uploaded. There is enhanced privacy and security as passwords are not stored
within the application. To use Grammar In A Nutshell inside Google Classroom, select Login (top right corner) and Login using your
school Google login account. This will take you to the Google Classroom registration page for you to complete your registration.
Then click on the Google Classroom icon above to allocate Grammar In a Nutshell to the desired classes.

1. Add, Rename, Delete Classes and Class Filter
These functions are all in the top row and allow the educator to set up any number of classes, rename classes and delete a class along with all its students. These classes are immediately available in the drop down list that allows you to filter the students by class.

These functions are also in the top row and allow the educator to individually add an educator or a student or to import students from a CSV file.

3. Delete Users, Export Results, Change Class
These functions on the next row allow the educator to perform these functions on a group of users by ticking the checkboxes and then selecting the desired function. To make it easier there is a "Check All" and "Uncheck All".

4. Edit User, Delete User, View Results, Change Class
These function buttons on the right of each user in the list allow the educator to perform these functions on individual students by clicking the appropriate button in the function column for that user. When viewing results for a student, you can click on each assessment task to see the supplied and correct answer for that assessment task.
